Dr. Roberts is a Federally certified Medical Examiner authorized in Washington State. Please note that I conduct DOT exams at ARCpoint Labs, located in the building next to my clinic. The address is provided below.
Dr. Roberts will provide you your Medical Examiner’s Certificate and a copy of your medical exam report at the conclusion of your visit. Applicants who do not qualify for the 2-year certificate may bring the exam report to their regular doctor to correct any outstanding medical issues.
What To Bring with You
Please bring any prescription eye-wear, hearing aids or prosthetic devices with you to the exam and be prepared to give a urine sample.
